Human Focus

Wine, wine, wine, everywhere
But not a single drop in sight
Of the fluid that flows in the veins of the gods
All of the water has been turned into wine

Wine, wine, wine, everywhere
It’s all we have left to drink
It’s all we have to blind ourselves
From seeing the resources of our world slowly shrink

Wine, wine, wine, everywhere
To be drunk when the end comes
To be too numb to feel the guilt of our mindless pursuit’s climax

Wine, wine, wine, until we are no more but forgotten specks of dust in the expanse of our universe, a planet gone too soon.
